About the Role

Responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review testing case and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing
• Execute testing and submit defect to meet deadline with quality
• Provide daily report and escalate issues to meet deadline with quality

- Assist to design test cases according to test requirements

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
• Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
• Timely completion of assigned tasks
• Accuracy and completeness of work produced

Communication Requirements

• Internal & External:
• Internal (70%)
• Ÿ   Weekly progress report of assigned tasks
• Ÿ   Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks
• Ÿ   Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team
• External (30%)
• Ÿ   Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
• 1~3 years experiences in testing including design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects
• 2+ years experiences in web system testing
• 2+ years experiences in Oracle or SQL Server
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• Master the test management and defect tool
