Opportunity

Hybrid (2 days on-site per week), Permanent, full-time

Ensure the quality and reliability of our Defence Platform, which supports the complete in-service support lifecycle for materials, consumables, and repairable items within defence organisations.

As part of the Enterprise Suite product team, you will focus on validating application functionality, testing APIs, and ensuring that systems behave as expected across different scenarios. Your work contributes to applications used in operational environments, where reliable functionality, integrations, and business processes are essential.

With your experience in software testing, you will help improve application quality, reduce risk, and ensure consistent and reliable outcomes across Enterprise Suite applications.

Your Mission

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases covering functional and non-functional testing.
• Perform API testing across Enterprise Suite applications and integrations.
• Perform integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
• Produce and maintain clear test documentation and reporting.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve application quality.
• Apply your understanding of how business processes, application functionality, APIs, and system behaviour connect when analysing test outcomes.
• Contribute to structured testing processes and continuous improvement.
• Support automated testing activities.

Your testing helps ensure that application functionality, APIs, integrations, and business processes perform reliably and consistently across different scenarios.

Through structured testing, clear defect tracking, and accurate documentation and reporting, you help reduce risk and provide a clear view of application quality.

You work effectively across teams and functions, contributing your testing expertise to the delivery of reliable Enterprise Suite applications.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in manual and functional software testing.
• Strong, hands-on experience with API testing, including proven experience using Postman.
• Solid experience with integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• A strong understanding of structured testing methodologies at ISTQB Foundation level or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
• Solid practical experience with test and defect management tools, such as Jira, Spira, Xray, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of test automation tools or frameworks such as Playwright or an equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand how business processes, application functionality, APIs, and system behaviour connect.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the required national or NATO security clearance for this role. We support candidates through the clearance process.
