Payroll Executive

About this role

At Rizos Resorts , we are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Payroll Executive to join our team at our Central Offices in Corfu Town.

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and attendance data.
• Calculate salaries, leave payments, overtime, and other employee benefits.
• Ensure timely processing of statutory contributions, taxes, and other payroll deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and payslips.
• Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments regarding payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee salary information and personal data.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of new hires, resignations, salary revisions, and employee status changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet payroll deadlines.
