🕸️ What You’ll Do
👻 Complete patient assessments and admissions
👻 Develop and oversee individualized care plans
👻 Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care
👻 Perform medication reconciliation and provide clinical oversight
👻 Mentor and support field clinicians
👻 Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
👻 Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed
Requirements
🧙♀️ Required Qualifications
- ✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- ✔ Experience in private duty nursing
- ✔ Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff
- ✔ Current CPR certification
- ✔ Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed
- ✔ Willingness to travel within the service area
- ✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- ✔ Eligible to work in the United States
🦇 Preferred Qualifications
- 🎃 Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing
- 🎃 Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support
- 🎃 Minimum 2 years of home health care experience
- 🎃 Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards
- 🎃 Experience with charting and care plan documentation
