Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Part-Time Private Duty Assistant Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to support our established pediatric and young adult nursing team in Springfield and surrounding communities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants to grow their leadership skills while maintaining hands-on involvement in patient care.

What You'll Do

Provide clinical support and leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team
Orient and train nurses, clients, and families
Conduct field nursing visits and provide in-office support
Help ensure nurses have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
Work closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members
Provide guidance and support in a fast-paced home care environment
What We're Looking For
Current LPN license for 2 years required
Organized, energetic, and self-motivated

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team
Trach, vent, G-tube, and J-tube experience preferred
A passion for supporting pediatric and young adult patients and their families
