Your Role
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with vehicle features and connected services.
- Troubleshoot technical questions and guide customers towards solutions.
- Provide professional support by phone, email and chat.

Requirements
- What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and very good English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in cars and technology.
- Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems.
