Passionate about technology, photography, and helping people solve problems? Join Canon’s customer support team in Greece and help Dutch-speaking customers get the best out of their cameras, printers, photocopiers, and other imaging products.

No need to be an expert from day one - you’ll receive complete training to build your product knowledge and learn how to troubleshoot common technical issues.

Your Role

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
• Help troubleshoot issues with cameras, printers, photocopiers, and other imaging products
• Guide customers through diagnostic steps and provide clear solutions
• Follow up on cases to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Work with colleagues to share knowledge and find solutions

Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
• Interest in technology, photography, cameras, or printing equipment

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Patient, customer-focused, and comfortable using digital tools
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
