Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.
- Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
- Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander .
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
- Generate business through the CP network.
- Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
- Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
Requirements
- ✅ 3+ year of experience in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing
- ✅ Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills
- ✅ Target-oriented and business-focused
- ✅ Real Estate experience is mandatory
