• Claim Processing: Review, validate, and submit automotive warranty claims accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Education: University graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in automotive aftersales service operations.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive technical terms and warranty processes.
