Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Developer with strong hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM, AR System, and Atrium CMDB. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, administering, and integrating BMC Remedy solutions to meet customer requirements and support ITSM implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• o Develop, configure, and administer BMC Remedy ITSM, Remedy AR System (ARS 8.x/9.x), Remedy Help Desk, and Atrium CMDB.
• o Develop and maintain efficient workflows, forms, filters, escalations, and other AR System objects for enhancements and bug fixes.
• o Work on Smart IT, Smart Reporting, Remedy Asset Management, and IMAC processes
• o Perform maintenance and configuration changes across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• o Configure foundation data, roles, permissions, and CMDB settings to improve system functionality.
• o Develop and maintain CMDB, including Configuration Items (CIs), relationships, and the BMC Common Data Model.
• o Design and implement custom integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, ARS API, LDAP, SSO, and other integration technologies.
• o Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Remedy ITSM, Change Management, and Service Management.
• o Work with BMC Atrium Integration Engine, Atrium Integrator, BMC Analytics, and BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
• o Prepare technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), use case diagrams, process documents, and workflow models.
• Required Skill
• · Minimum 6+ years of hands-on BMC Remedy Development experience, preferably in large-scale Remedy ITSM environments.
• · Strong expertise in **BMC Remedy AR System (ARS 8.x/9.x), ITSM, and Atrium CMDB
• · Hands-on experience developing workflows, forms, filters, escalations, and custom AR System objects.
• · Experience with Smart IT, Smart Reporting, Remedy Asset Management, and IMAC processes.
• · Strong understanding of BMC Remedy architecture, Atrium CMDB, the Common Data Model, and CI relationships.
• · Experience with integrations using ARS API, REST/SOAP Web Services, LDAP, SSO, and Email Engine.
• · Knowledge of BMC Atrium Integration Engine, Atrium Integrator, BMC Analytics, and Atrium Orchestrator.
• · Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles.
• · Ability to create technical designs, workflow models, data models, and integration documentation.

Qualifications

• · B.Tech./B.E./BCA/MCA or an equivalent qualification.
• · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to work independently and support complex implementation and enhancement projects.
