About this role

This opening is for PRN CNAs for both the home care and the Heartford House locations.

The responsibilities of this position enumerated below, involve significant physical activities including standing, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds unassisted), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, twisting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. May be exposed to infectious waste/diseases, to include but not limited to TB, AIDS, COVID, and Hepatitis B viruses. Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.

Duties

Provides personal patient care (bathing, grooming hair, brushing teeth or dentures, shaving, dressing, etc.) and light housekeeping, if needed
Maintains regular communication with the Aide Coordinator and/or Case Manager to update patient conditions.
Works as part of an interdisciplinary team
Other duties as needed

Must have completion of Nursing Assistant Certification program and CPR certification required.
