Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - $22/hr - Day Shift

TRITAL Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a local contract assignment at a healthcare and rehabilitation center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide respectful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
• Support safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and hydration according to individual care plans.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico CNA certification.
• Availability for the listed schedule, including weekends.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
• Ability to safely perform essential CNA duties.
• Completion of facility credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation or a documented medical or religious exemption, as required by the facility.
• Valid state or federal identification and a photo badge while on assignment.
