Why We Exist

At ER2, we desire to grow a sustainable company that provides opportunity for individuals to continuously improve and grow.

What We Do

ER2 manages organizations’ technology from start to finish:

  • Purchasing and deploying new devices
  • Tracking and managing equipment
  • Responsibly disposing of outdated technology

When devices can be reused, our sister company, Revive IT, gives them a second life through testing, refurbishment, and resale. We also donate refurbished devices to under-resourced communities, helping bridge the digital divide and keep usable technology out of landfills.

Our Vision

To Empower Uniqueness in our Team Members, Clients, Environment, and Community.

Our Core Values

  • Constantly Improving
  • Acting in Humility
  • Living a Life of Servanthood
  • Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence
