Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide relevant information and assistance to customers.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and delivering outstanding service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture and lifestyle.
