J. Blanton Plumbing is one of the fastest-growing residential home service companies in the country. We’re hiring sales consultants to meet with homeowners from our existing customer base. Leads are provided and appointments are scheduled, so there’s no cold calling or door knocking.
You’ll inspect plumbing systems, explain options in plain language, and recommend the right solution for each home and budget. We’ll train you on the plumbing and the sales process, and you’ll be paid while you learn.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn a new trade
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, home services is a plus

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment
- Educate customers on available plumbing solutions
- Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process
- Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
