Assistant HR Manager Payroll & HR Operations

Ready to take the lead on payroll and HR operations?

We're looking for an Assistant HR Manager to run payroll accurately across multiple entities, keep HR operations compliant, and help build a great employee experience.

What you'll do

• Payroll
• Run monthly payroll for local and overseas staff, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments and tax filings
• Check and verify payroll for different entities
• Spot, verify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Submit CPF payments and tax filings on time for local and foreign employees
• Administer staff benefits and claims according to company policies
• Handle government claims and grants (NS, Maternity, Paternity, PSG, etc.)
• Answer employees' payroll queries promptly
• Review payroll processes regularly to keep them accurate and compliant
• Streamline payroll processes and support change management
• Compliance and government matters
• Liaise with IRAS, MOM, CPF and other statutory bodies on remuneration matters
• Prepare and submit surveys (MOM, CPF, SNEF, IMDA, Department of Statistics Singapore, etc.)
• Manage company licence applications and renewals
• Manage WICA, Foreign Medical Insurance and Public Liability Insurance
• Respond to employee legal claims
• HR operations and people
• Benchmark market compensation and benefits to keep our packages competitive
• Supervise, train and develop the HR and Admin team
• Support project preparation and other ad-hoc duties
• What we're looking for
• Degree in Human Resource or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR regulations and payroll practices
• Detail-oriented and a strong problem solver

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to stay calm and deliver in a fast-paced environment
