Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Program and Quality Manager to join a dynamic team.

The client:

A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.

In this role , you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of processes within the organization, along with the corresponding compliance, while working closely with IT Project managers and the C level professionals.

Thus, the main tasks will be around program management, process streaming, quality improvements and reporting to the upper Management.

More specifically

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements

  • Monitoring project activities and dependencies
  • Coordination of project activities and assigned tasks
  • Monitoring the project progress and the implementation (tracking unassigned tickets)
  • Collect quality input to support internal and external audits
  • Identifying business continuity risks
  • Assist with building new processes (suggest improvements/ streamline workflows)
  • Train employees on new processes and procedures
  • Monitor processes/ procedures and the findings following internal and external audits
  • Build processes for tracking and reporting quality non conformances / non compliance
  • Maintain quality reports and relevant documents
  • Manage issues and incidents, provide insights into investigating root causes

Requirements

  • What you need to have :
  • 3+ years of related working experience
  • Previous experience in IT industry or familiarity with IT projects
  • MSc in Total Quality Management or relevant discipline (

  • Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
