Sr. Accountant / Accounting Manager (Bilingual in Korean)

About this role

[Job Description]

-Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP),

Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.

-HQ Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

packages to the Korea Headquarters in accordance with corporate guidelines.

-Audit Support & Coordination: Lead the preparation for annual external audits. Organize and provide

all necessary audit support schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.

-Month-End & Year-End Close: Drive the closing process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and

the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

-Cash Flow & Data Analysis: Monitor cash positions and utilize advanced Excel modeling to provide

budget-vs-actual analysis and financial insights to management.

-Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure all financial records are kept in accordance with

Gaap.

Requirements

• -Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills

• Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
• -Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus for
• communication with HQ.
• -Competencies: * Proven ability to work independently and manage the entire accounting cycle
• without close supervision.
• o Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for audit preparation.
• o Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
