About this role

Join our non-alcoholic bar team as a Barista and help us deliver outstanding beverages that delight our guests. Whether pulling a perfect espresso or shaking up a tropical mocktail, you will play a key role in making every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• · Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based coffees and non-dairy alternatives
• · Craft mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty cold beverages
• · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• · Ensure accurate and consistent recipe execution for all drinks
• · Provide warm and attentive customer service throughout service
• · Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols

Requirements

• · 1–3 years of barista experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
• · Experience making mocktails or non-alcoholic specialty drinks is required
• · Strong coffee knowledge including espresso and manual brew methods
• · Good communication skills in English
• · Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
• · Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• · Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
