Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes and product offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to learning about products and services offered by the company.
