About this role
- Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments
- Manage SharePoint structure (Web Applications, Site Collections, Subsites, Libraries, Permissions)
- Configure and manage SharePoint service applications (User Profile, Managed Metadata, Search, etc.)
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration
- Apply SharePoint governance, security standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards (e.g., data retention, GDPR).
- Plan, test, and apply SharePoint patches, cumulative updates, and security updates in coordination with infrastructure teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues
- Support and maintain workflows (K2 / Nintex)
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams
- Support multiple departments and handle business requirements
- Translate business needs into effective SharePoint solutions
- Create user documentation and deliver training sessions for site owners and business users to ensure effective usage and governance of SharePoint
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint Administration
- Strong experience with SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019/SE)
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and structure
- Experience managing SharePoint service applications
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Understanding of workflow design, debugging, and process optimization
- Development experience (.NET, SharePoint APIs, REST)
- Solid understanding of IIS and SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with K2 Five (workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects)
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-server environments
