Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality auto body repairs in accordance with OEM standards
- Straighten and repair metal panels using proper techniques and tools
- Utilize frame machines and computerized measuring systems
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and repair procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of collision repair experience
- I-CAR Gold Class and/or ASE Certifications preferred (not required)
- Proficient in the use of frame and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own tools and valid driver’s license
