Job

Responsibilities

In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations
Perform basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and knife work
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensure food quality and consistency
Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred

- Basic food preparation and knife skills

- Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes

- Team player with good communication skills

Responsible, cooperative, and positive working attitude
Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
