This role will be supporting the back-end maintenance and build of HR support applications with a primary focus on supporting our FBS processes and automation needs. A Power Platform Developer designs, builds, and maintains low-code/no-code business solutions using the Microsoft Power Apps suite to automate workflows and optimize enterprise operations

Responsibilities

• Build custom Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and portals tailored to specific business requirements.
• Design and deploy automated cloud and desktop workflows using Power Automate to remove manual tasks.
• Connect and structure data across Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external REST APIs.
• Create interactive business intelligence dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, security compliance rules, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
• Work along side cross functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with Power Platform tools
• Experience working with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience working with Dataverse
• Experience with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls, and API integrations.

- Great communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Gems
• Knowledge on Copilot Studio
