As a Project Coordinator EPLAN Electrical Engineering, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical design solutions using EPLAN and EPLAN P8 platforms. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless integration of electrical CAD projects across various stages of development.

Acting as the central point of communication, you will track progress, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment to achieve project milestones on time and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in translating complex engineering requirements into actionable plans, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within the electrical engineering domain.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project workflows for EPLAN Electrical CAD projects
• Manage external vendor engagements, negotiating scopes and service levels
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and documentation for electrical design deliverables
• Maintain comprehensive project tracking dashboards and status reports
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clarity of project objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines
• Support procurement and configuration of EPLAN licensing and tools
• Lead change management activities for design revisions and updates
• Provide analytical insights to optimize project efficiency and resource utilization
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁
• 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering or electrical CAD environments
• Proficiency with EPLAN/P8 software and related electrical design tools
• Strong vendor management skills with a proven ability to negotiate effectively
• Hands‑on experience conducting and managing UAT cycles for engineering projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining accurate project timelines and deliverables
• Ability to analyze complex data to support decision making and project optimization
• Proactive approach to risk identification and issue resolution
• Solid understanding of industry standards, safety codes, and quality frameworks
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
