We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Family Medicine Physician to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions , including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
• Conduct routine health examinations, preventive screenings, and comprehensive medical assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and health education .
• Manage common respiratory, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Deliver comprehensive women's health, men's health, pediatric, and geriatric primary care .
• Interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory tests, ECG, and imaging reports.
• Coordinate specialist referrals and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards .

Requirements

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine .
• Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.
• American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine .
• Eligible for DOH Consultant Family Medicine classification/license in Abu Dhabi, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
