- Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a top-tier brand
- Build strong, professional relationships and show empathy in every interaction

Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent communication, soft skills, and problem-solving ability
- Computer literacy / tech-savviness
- Resourcefulness and the ability to multitask
- Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented setting
