Senior Frontend Engineer - Web & Mobile (React & React Native)

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a central part in shaping high-quality user experiences, strengthening frontend architecture, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions that align design, engineering, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production web applications using React.js and mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable components and shared business logic across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage monorepo architectures using Nx or Turborepo.
• Implement state management with Redux Toolkit, Redux, or Zustand.
• Integrate type-safe APIs and manage application data efficiently.
• Optimize rendering, virtualization, memory management, and build processes across web and mobile.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, or Cypress.
• Deliver features end to end, from Figma designs through production deployment.
• Identify technical risks, edge cases, and architectural improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on production experience building both React.js web applications and React Native mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience building with monorepo tools such as Nx or Turborepo, implementing state management with Redux Toolkit, Redux, or Zustand, and working with type-safe APIs while sharing code across web and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of DOM APIs, CSS-in-JS, mobile application lifecycles, and offline storage.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and virtualization in production applications.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library, along with end-to-end testing using Detox for mobile and Cypress for web.
• Hands-on experience with build pipelines, automated deployments, and release workflows for both web and mobile applications, including familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Fastlane.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers throughout feature delivery.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
