About this role

The Company

Our client is a Switzerland-based longevity startup founded in 2021. Their founding team (CEO, CSO, CMO, and CMO) came together around a shared commitment: to enable everyday people to access clean, high quality supplements with transparent ingredients based on the latest scientific insights in rapidly growing field of longevity.

Working with an interdisciplinary team of scientists and researchers from institutions, our client has grown its product range to 12 supplements supporting cellular health, skin, sleep, joints, metabolism, and gut health.

Our client takes great care in selecting only high quality ingredients from reputable sources and in a rare move for the supplement industry transparently publishes the supplier of each ingredient used on its website. All supplements are also double tested for purity and against contamination in an independent 3d party lab in Switzerland.

The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will be the go-to person for our client's financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling. You will deliver accurate financial insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the organization's financial performance, sustainability, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting (40%)
  • Prepare and manage the monthly and quarterly close process end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Manage monthly consolidation, including reconciling balances, preparing eliminations, and generating consolidated financial views across all legal entities.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary.
  • Proactively ensure reporting consistency across departments and jurisdictions, identifying and flagging anomalies or gaps early.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Modelling (40%)
  • Build and maintain integrated financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from scratch, incorporating key drivers, variables, and variance analysis.
  • Execute rolling 12–18 month cashflow forecasting, budget revisions, and long-term capital allocation planning.
  • Drive scenario and sensitivity analysis to test key variables and proactively flag financial risks.
  • Communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and independently structure solutions for ad-hoc leadership inquiries.
  • Process Improvement (20%)
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and workflows.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and provide actionable insight that supports business decisions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business or a strong track record of relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience ideally in consulting, FP&A, or high-growth/startup finance background.
  • Proven ability to build financial models independently, including scenario and sensitivity analysis for revenue and cost.
  • Solid financial reporting knowledge: consolidation, reconciliations and variance analysis across multiple entities.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets (complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and well-structured, auditable multi-sheet models).
  • Proven experience in using AI tools for finance productivity (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
  • Strong business judgement: able to grasp complex, interconnected information quickly and decide how to approach an unfamiliar problem.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking, with high attention to accuracy.
  • Clear communicator who can explain financial logic to non-finance stakeholders; proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Benefits

Our client believes the best companies help you become the person you want to be by promoting personal freedom and growth.

  • High Impact: Work at a well-funded, early-stage startup with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
  • Elite Collaboration: Partner with world-class longevity researchers and successful serial entrepreneurs.
  • Radical Flexibility: Fully remote roles with home office support, flexible hours, and unlimited holidays.
  • Growth & Culture: Education allowances, accelerated growth paths, and a vibrant team culture including regular off-sites.
  • Perks: Complimentary longevity products and discounts for your inner circle.
