We are on the lookout for a talented Cook to become a part of our culinary team for the upcoming season in Santorini (April-October 2027). In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring that presentation and flavor meet our established standards. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a seamless workflow and maintain our commitment to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Cooking food according to receipes, quality and presentations standards and food preparation checklist as per Executive Chef's guidelines.
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements.
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.
• Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department.
• Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department.
• Preparation of staff food according to Executive Chef's guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or in a related culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficient in following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary arts degree or certification is preferred but not required.
