GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for a dynamic IT Specialist responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role ensures that all technology operations run smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

The IT Specialist will handle troubleshooting, system updates, data backups, and provide technical support to employees. They will also assist in implementing new technologies, improving system performance, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect company data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs
• Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
