About this role

Whether you're already living in Crete or considering a fresh start in Chania, we're looking for a Site Engineer / Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in the area.

This is an on-site role requiring daily presence at the construction site, technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and supervise daily construction site operations.
Coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, materials, and supplies.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
Review technical drawings and use AutoCAD for quantity take-offs and measurements.
Ensure construction quality standards are met and oversee corrective actions.
Monitor site safety and prepare basic progress reports.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working on building construction sites.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and practical knowledge of construction processes.
Ability to coordinate construction crews and subcontractors while effectively managing priorities.
Strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license.
