About this role
- Write weekly lesson plans, semester scope and sequence, exams as needed.
- Take daily attendance, monitor and correct student behavior, oversee detention, parent/student conferences, oversee and manage evening study.
- Communicate/consult with parents regarding student progress as needed. Participate in model lessons/demo classes for parents and marketing events. Attend and participate in scheduled professional development activities. Select and organize students for competitions and other tasks as assigned by the Academic Director.
- Night study and club time
5.8:00-17:00 or 9:00 -18:00, Monday-Friday，at least one night study, 19:00-21:20, per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts
- English Language Teaching or equivalent
- Pre-serviced Teachers Training, CELTA, DELTA
