About this role

We’re looking for an engaging, experienced tutor to support a homeschooled student with foundational reading skills. The ideal candidate has a background in reading intervention and/or special education, with experience working with autistic learners.

The student is a multisensory learner who thrives with 1:1 instruction, hands-on manipulatives, phonics, and sight-word work. We’re looking for someone lively, patient, confidence-building, and comfortable using a data-driven, individualized approach.

Experience with expressive language delays and adapting instruction to meet a student’s learning style is a plus.
