Looking for a pharmacy technician role with more room for life outside work? This Limerick City opportunity combines €25 per hour with full-time, part-time or four-day working options, no late nights and just one Saturday per month.

Select Ambition is recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a community pharmacy where you will support the dispensary and help patients and customers get the care and attention they need.

You will prepare and dispense medicines accurately under pharmacist supervision, assist with over-the-counter products and keep the dispensary organised. You will also help with minor-ailment queries within your role, referring clinical questions to the pharmacist.

The position offers on-site parking, a supportive team and opportunities to develop your skills through on-the-job training.

Requirements

Essential
Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
Experience preparing and dispensing medicines accurately under pharmacist supervision.
Strong customer-service skills and experience assisting with over-the-counter products.
A professional, friendly and empathetic approach.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently within a busy pharmacy team.
Availability to work on-site in Limerick City, including one Saturday per month.
Preferred
Experience supporting customers with minor ailments and referring clinical matters appropriately.
