For Season 2027 , we are looking for a passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join the MarBella team in Corfu .

The Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide accurate, attentive service throughout their stay.

A Day in the Job

Accurate information and a warm welcome make every stay smoother.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

You check arrivals, room assignments and room readiness with Housekeeping, then welcome and register guests for check-in or check-out.
You answer calls and messages and explain room options, rates, amenities and services.
You respond to requests and complaints, escalating complex matters when necessary.
You recommend additional services when they suit a guest’s needs.
You keep booking, payment, mail and delivery records up to date.
You maintain a presentable, stocked reception desk and follow access and security procedures.

Requirements

Is This You?
Essential

qualifications

Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or in a similar role.
Experience with a hotel PMS such as Fidelio or Opera and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Excellent spoken and written Greek and English.
An outgoing manner, excellent communication and customer service, and the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure.
Additional qualifications – a plus:
Knowledge of German, French or Russian.
A degree in Hotel Management.
