As a Store Manager -Premium Retail, you will lead a high-end retail outlet in Mumbai, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring visual merchandising meets brand standards and inventory is accurately maintained. Your role will involve strategic planning, team development, and budget management to achieve profitability targets.

You will also collaborate closely with corporate stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives and report performance metrics. Ultimately, you will be the face of the brand, fostering loyalty and exceeding revenue objectives in a competitive luxury market.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff.
• Manage inventory control, replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain store visual presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to implement in‑store promotions.
• Prepare and manage the store’s operating budget and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and corporate policies.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁
• 4+ years of experience managing premium retail environments.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Adaptive to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
