Production Department Coordinator
š We are looking for an organized, responsible and results-oriented Production Department Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to the efficiency and development of production processes.
If you have experience in a production environment, you like coordinating activities and people, and challenges motivate you, then we would like to meet you!
Main
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and coordinating daily production activities
- Monitoring the workflow to comply with deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinating the production team and ensuring effective communication between departments
- Tracking performance indicators and reporting regularly to the direct Manager and HQ
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing operational process improvements
- Efficient resource management and rapid resolution of situations arising in the production process
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a production environment
- Higher technical education
* Very good organizational, coordination and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions
* Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of operating production-specific equipment and software
- Knowledge of English ā conversational level
- Proactive attitude and orientation towards continuous improvement
