Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in business development and investor relations maintenance, including:
• Coordinating with internal departments to prepare and draft due diligence materials
• Periodically producing product reports
• Externally disclosing data and materials
• Translating written documents as required
• Manage the full subscription and redemption transaction process for investors, including:
• Handling the receipt, dispatch, organization, filing, and safekeeping of subscription documents and other business-related records
• Create and update product marketing materials, and maintain and update multiple databases
• Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of client visits and business receptions, including:
• Developing reception plans
• Scheduling arrangements
• Managing meeting logistics
• Coordinate and support client meetings, and maintain and organize meeting minutes
• Perform other market-related coordination and support tasks as assigned
• Pre-requisites:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; Finance, Economics, or related majors preferred
• 2–3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in audit at an accounting firm, fund operations at an asset management institution, banking, securities, brokerage, or fund administration services preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English skills; overseas study or work experience is a plus
• Strong interest in financial markets, with solid foundational knowledge of securities, funds, and financial accounting; CFA or CPA certification preferred
• Strong service orientation and outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous, responsible, resilient under pressure, and possessing strong logical thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); programming skills or relevant experience is a bonus
