Requirements
- ● Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent.
- ● Minimum 1-2 years experience required in IT technicial support
- ● Must be able to handle basic hardware / software and have trouble-shooting skill
- ● Must be able to handle basic hardware / software installation
- ● Must be able handle basic network / printer configuration
- ● Possess driving license with own transport in order to travel to customer's site.
- ● Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- ● Mandarin speaking is a MUST as we have Mandarin speaking customers.
● Good problem-solving skills
- ● PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- ● On site support for production PC issues, failures etc.
- ● Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
- ● Perform trouble shooting on: PC Hardware issues, network failure, bar code scanner, support windows 8-10, good in command prompt
