Catering Business Development Consultant

In this role, you will help drive new business growth by building strong client and partner relationships and shaping proposals that reflect the quality of our catering offering. This is an opportunity to play a direct role in expanding our presence across corporate and private event segments while representing the business with professionalism and commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities.
• Develop tailored catering proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Identify and pursue new catering clients across corporate and private event segments.
• Build relationships with event planners, venues, and key hospitality partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in catering business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Experience selling catering services for both corporate and private events.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, menus, and client service expectations.
• Established network with event planners, venues, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Experience writing catering proposals, delivering client presentations, and negotiating with clients or hospitality partners.
• Business-fluent English and Arabic.
• Valid authorization to work in Qatar without visa sponsorship.
