- Establish and maintain standard work‑time system : Conduct time study, validation and update for all working procedures of turnstile complete units, and build‑up the work‑time database. Deliver accurate standard work‑time as the core basis for capacity calculation, production scheduling and efficiency evaluation.
- Line balancing and bottleneck optimization : Perform regular line‑balance analysis, identify bottleneck workstations and process wastes. Improve line‑balance rate, output per capita and overall capacity through process splitting, merging, re‑sequencing and re‑allocation of work contents.
- Workstation workload and operation optimization : Decompose workload of each workstation, carry out workload measurement and man‑machine ratio optimization. Resolve unbalanced workstation utilization such as over‑burden, idle time and WIP piling‑up, to realize standardized and balanced workstation operations.
- Capacity analysis and efficiency improvement : Build production‑line capacity model, analyze gaps between theoretical and actual capacity as well as utilization losses, and propose targeted improvement solutions to support volume ramp‑up and order fulfillment.
- One‑Piece‑Flow production‑line setup and optimization : Evaluate existing assembly lines, formulate and design One‑Piece‑Flow layout plans, drive implementation to reduce work‑in‑process inventory, shorten production lead‑time and improve production throughput efficiency.
