About this role
- Assist advisors with client meeting preparation, including agenda building, portfolio review materials, and research support.
- Support data entry and maintenance within CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Help prepare financial planning materials, including retirement projections, cash flow summaries, and benefits comparisons.
- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and planning strategies under advisor supervision.
- Assist with client onboarding documentation and account paperwork.
- Attend client meetings as appropriate to observe advisor-client interaction.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; rising junior or senior preferred.
- Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or the CFP® path.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning new software platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
