Roofing Canvasser – Base Salary + Commission
Results Roofing is hiring motivated individuals who want a real opportunity to earn solid income while helping homeowners get the roofs they deserve.
Compensation
- Base salary: $28,000/year
- 10% commission on the profit of every job you set for us
- Uncapped earning potential
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Minimum 38 hours per week
Daily Expectations
- Knock a minimum of 40 doors per day.
- Identify qualified homes (roofs 15+ years old).
- Talk with homeowners about storm damage and insurance‑covered roof replacements.
- Explain how we can help them get a new roof through their insurance.
- Set them up for a no‑cost inspection.
What You’ll Do
- Work assigned neighborhoods and knock doors consistently.
- Educate homeowners on roof age, damage, and insurance eligibility.
- Build trust, answer questions, and schedule inspections.
- Help drive new business and support the team.
