Requirements
- We are looking for
- Someone who has genuinely partnered. You can tell a General Manager he is wrong and keep the relationship
- The ability to read a business, not only its headcount. Cost, volume, attrition, productivity
- Comfort with ambiguity, and with conflict
- Willingness to travel to sites, regularly
- Arabic and English
- One of the interview questions, published in advance: what in your region will become a problem in three months that nobody has noticed yet.
- Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged.
