Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• ATS & Recruitment Systems
• Configure, customise and optimise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support recruitment workflows.
• Develop new functionality and improve existing system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
• Build and maintain recruitment technology infrastructure and workflows.
• AI & Automation Development
• Develop and implement AI-powered automations to streamline recruitment processes.
• Use AI tools, APIs and coding to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Build intelligent workflows for candidate screening, CV processing, data management and recruitment administration.
• Explore and implement AI solutions that improve the recruitment lifecycle.
• Systems Integration & Development
• Build and maintain integrations between ATS platforms and third-party applications.
• Work with APIs, webhooks and other integration technologies to connect different systems.
• Write and maintain code to customise platforms and develop new technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through system integrations and automation.
• Technical Problem-Solving
• Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve automations and integrations.
• Research emerging technologies and identify tools that could improve the recruitment technology ecosystem.
• Document technical processes, integrations and system configurations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, systems engineering, technical product engineering or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on coding and programming experience.
• Experience working with ATS platforms or recruitment technology systems.
• Practical experience building automations and integrating different software platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Experience working with AI tools, AI-powered workflows or LLM-based solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and independently develop solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advantageous Experience
• Experience developing or customising ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever or similar systems.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude or other AI APIs.
• Experience with databases, data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards or recruitment technology solutions.
