We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support business growth through effective people management and HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Handle the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR insights and solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Previous experience in Software, Technology, or FinTech companies is a must.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English (spoken & written) is a must.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
