About this role

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more. Laborer needed in Chattanooga area also (Construction Experience needed), Roofers need TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. You do not have to have experience at all. But a minimum of 2 years in one or multiples of those fields of work. Must be commercial roofing experience. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement.

Responsibilities

The following are expectations of our employees in this position:
Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
Solve problems as they occur
Keep work area in 5S standard
Safely perform standardized work
Continuously improve the process
Be at the job every scheduled day.
Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible

Requirements

Must have a Valid Drivers License. Must be able to pass a background check, Must have transportation to the office(s). Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial roofing field.
