About this role
- Manage daily production operations and production schedules.
- Oversee the hardening process and ensure production quality and efficiency.
- Monitor the phosphating process and coordinate workflow between both production stages.
- Ensure achievement of production KPIs and deadlines.
- Handle production planning and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Supervise technicians, operators, and production staff.
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues when needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure implementation of health & safety regulations inside the factory.
- Prepare production reports and monitor productivity levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production management
- Previous experience in Drywall Screws production is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Experience in managing the complete production cycle
