J ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Survey Manager to handle GIS mapping, land survey activities, spatial data analysis, and field coordination for Master Plan / Infrastructure / Urban Development projects. Candidate should have strong knowledge in survey operations, geo informatics, and data management.

Kannadiga candidates preferred with good communication skills in Kannada and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end survey activities for planning and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate field survey teams and ensure accurate data collection.
• Handle GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and geo-referenced data preparation.
• Work with satellite imagery, survey instruments, and mapping tools.
• Validate survey data and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with government departments, planning authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Support Master Plan preparation and land information management activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GIS Mapping and Geo Informatics.
• Experience in survey analysis and spatial data handling.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, GPS, Total Station tools.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and project coordination.
• Kannada speaking ability is preferred.
• Preferred Experience
• Involved in GIS mapping / analysis for at least one Master Plan project in the last 5 years.
• Experience in urban planning, infrastructure, or government projects is an added advantage.
